Unfortunately, we cannot help with every damage. The guarantee is void if the product has been misused, damaged by dropping or impact, dismantled, or due to normal wear and tear. Nor does the guarantee cover damage caused by failure to descale appliances used with water in good time. If specific warranty conditions are stated for a certain product, these take priority over the general conditions.

How unfortunate to learn that you have a defect in your Bourgini product. Bourgini offers a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on its products. We put the point of sale at the centre of our contact with end users. After all, as a buyer, you have a purchase agreement with the point of sale. We therefore recommend that you return to the place of purchase with your Bourgini product. The point of sale will need your proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement).
