Privacy statement

BOURGINI takes the privacy of personal data very seriously and will not sell and/or provide your personal information to third parties. Princess Traveller processes personal data solely for the purpose for which it was provided and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Telecommunications Act. BOURGINI has the right to revise this privacy statement from time to time. You are advised to check this privacy statement regularly to ensure that you have the latest version. The latest version of the privacy statement can be found on the Princess Traveller website.

Data protection
BOURGINI has taken the necessary technical measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes. Princess Traveller's website uses a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that personal data does not fall into the wrong hands. With this, Princess Traveller opts for a security level that is appropriate for the data that is processed.

Data processing
BOURGINI only processes the data you have provided us with. This can be the following:

First and last name
E-mail address
Telephone number
Company name
Address
Postal code and town/city
Chamber of Commerce number
VAT number
Purposes

BOURGINI processes personal data of consumers or customers in order to contact them by telephone or in writing. BOURGINI also uses the personal data obtained for the dispatch of spare parts, quotations, brochures and marketing materials.

Cookie policy
BOURGINI does not use cookies on www.princesstraveller.com. BOURGINI uses Google Analytics to keep track of how users use the website. Cookies are placed by Google Analytics. The data obtained is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP address is expressly not used. We can therefore not personally trace you. Google may provide this data to third parties if legally obliged to do so, or if third parties process the data on behalf of Google. We have signed a processing agreement with Google to this end. Google may therefore not use the data obtained for other Google services or purposes. Princess Traveller has also disabled the forwarding of IP addresses to Google via Google Analytics.

Indicate in your browser settings that you do not want to be 'tracked'.
You can always remove cookies from your browser and if necessary, block cookies per domain.
Sharing data
Your personal data is stored in our database. We will not sell or share your data with third parties. However, we may engage third parties who process certain personal data under our supervision and responsibility. We conclude a processing agreement with these third parties. These third parties may not process the personal data in any other way than that for which we have commissioned them.

Data modification
You also have the right to access your personal data and the right to have your personal data modified. If you want to know which of your personal data we process, you can submit a written request for access. If your details are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask us in writing to modify or supplement your data. In addition, you are entitled to the deletion of your personal data, the right to limit its processing and the right to object to its processing. You are also entitled to data portability or to having your data made portable. For this too, you can submit a written request (by post or by e-mail). BOURGINI will process your request within four weeks at the latest.

Data storage
BOURGINI does not store your data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. We keep the data in our accounting and CRM systems for a minimum of 7 years, in order to comply with all our legal obligations, among other things. This information will be removed by us within 1 year after the expiration of these obligations. This retention period applies, provided that there are no further legal obligations for us to store the data longer and/or to keep it available.

Data removal
If you have submitted a form or purchased a product or service and do not want to receive an e-mail from BOURGINI in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. Your data will then immediately be removed from our database and will not be saved. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, after which we will no longer process your data. Withdrawal of this consent does not affect the lawfulness of data we processed on the basis of your consent prior to this withdrawal, or the processing of data on the basis of an agreement

Complaints and questions about data processing
If you have a complaint about the way we process your personal data, you can of course contact BOURGINI. We will attempt to find a solution together. However, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You can read how to do so on the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
